RJA #3b: Narrowing Research Topic
I think I may have to narrow my topic because I am finding more information then I thought I would be able to. I plan to keep my topic as classroom management focusing on research-based strategies that work when it comes to managing time, space, and student behavior. I specifically want to research techniques teachers can use in the classroom to successfully have control in their classroom. I would also hope to include teacher's personal experiences.
RJA #3a: Exploring Research Topic
After researching my topic, I found a lot of information. I may have to narrow my topic or pick a few ideas to research. I found a lot of techniques a teacher should use to get the attention of the class. I also found a great website that teaches teachers how to control their students in certain situations. Most of the research I did was on classroom organization and behavior management. When it comes to behavior, I found a website that listed excellent techniques to use for discipline.
